Has anyone ever put Siri or Cleverbot into an actual robot?

That the japanies robot. Seriously one of the favourite robots are Optomas Prime in Transformers, Terminator Salavation, Universal Soldier. I used to dream about to be a robot like these. But it totally stupid. Now i always thiniking about the programming language that create actual robot on the computer or can make the computer like robot.
