Has anyone quick charged iPhone 7 Plus w apple lighting to usb-c cable and 45 W charger? I tried it I think it charges a little faster?
Not by much. Has anyone else tried this with older iPhones?

If you DRAIN your phone every day, then the first portion of the recharge will be faster on a higher watt device. If you use within the top third or so before recharging, you phone will sio instead of swill - using an older charger makes no/little difference. They are tech articles all over that explain this. But must people read ADS more than they read real information. Read Wirecutter for good info without a headache.
