Have an iPhone getting charged $15?
Ok so I got an iPhone 4S in December and its working great. However, recently I get the text saying I'm using my monthly 1GB and I'm getting charged $15. Since I didn't have the cable on, I was using 4G. But now I'm using Wi-Fi and got the same message not too long ago. I've had Wi-Fi again yesterday. What is happening? Why am I being charged for Wi-Fi?
You have to turn off cellular network in settings, or else you will get charged every time you use the internet!
- Why does my iphone 4S have to be charged daily? I have a new iphone 4S and I have to charge the battery daily, I thought they held the charge a lot better then that. Is this normal? Games are played, but not for long periods of time and the internet is used also, I guess I'm using it more than I thought. Just wanted to be sure there isn't anything wrong with the battery. Has anyone else noticed this problem with theirs?
- My iPhone will not charged and I have tried everything to make it try to charge, but nothing has worked When I try to charge my iPhone it will say "this accessory may not be supported." I went to Apple and they tried to reset the settings and the whole phone, but it still did not work. I have tried different chargers too and even at Apple I tried to charge my phone using all the chargers there too. What can I do to fix it? When I charge my phone I have to completely turn it off and it is starting to bug me now.
- IPhone getting charged for 3G use? I just recently got an iPhone 4. I have a 2gig data plan. I use Wi-Fi whenever I can but if I don't have Wi-Fi and am therefore connected to 3G, I don't go on the Internet. However, Verizon has notified me that I have used 50% of my data package for this month. I thought using Wi-Fi made it so it DOESN'T go against my plan? Even though I don't use the Internet with the 3G, am I still getting charged for being connected to it? (With verizon)
- I Just Signed A New Contract With Bell Mobility And Am Getting Charged? Yesterday I bought an iphone 5s with a plan with Bell. I realized yesterday that the contract said that I'm gonna get my bill on Oct 19th. I also noticed that it said that I started my contract on September 19th, but I only got the phone yesterday with the contract. Should I call and tell Bell about this? I don't want to pay for a month I never used.
