Having issues I'm not sure if my iPhone is unlocked or not?

So I bought a iPhone 4S and I did the update of ios7.
I tried activating it with a net10 sim but it's not working it dosent get signal. I called the company and all they said is that it might not be unlocked. They need to change the APN of the phone but I can't click of the APN settings. So I'm wondering how can I get it unlocked or is there anyway around to get to the APN settings.

The phone needs to be factory unlocked before you can use it on Net10. Check online for factory unlocking the iPhone 4S or email me for suggestions.

I have 370 pictures and 70 videos and my iPhone says I only have 1gig of storage left. I can't update my iPhone and right about now it's making me a tad angry. There's no way I have 15 gig used through a few pictures and videos. What's should I do to get my storage back?
  • I'm having issues with my iPhone? - 1 2 videos I had on my phone got deleted and they were very important too me. They were videos of a really good friend of mine and she passed away and those were the last things I had of her. Is there anyway I can get them back? If I can't I will be very heart broken because I can't re video tape them:/
