Having trouble with iPhone 5s?
I noticed that every time I get a text, I don't know about it until I go into my messages manually rather then my phone ringing or vibrating which it won't do anymore… Also today when my mom called me at 8 am, I had my phone with me and my phone didn't even go off then and the only reason I knew she called was because I went into my phone logs to call her and thats when I've seen a missed call and vm from her, how do I fix this issue? Apple is unable to help over the phone… It's my birthday and i don't feel like sending my phone in today

You probably accidentally turned do not disturb on. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and if the thing that looks like a crescent moon is highlighted then press on it. That should fix hot issues. If that doesn't work than call your cellphone company.
- Is anyone having trouble with an app called 'Face In Hole' on the iPhone? I really love this app it's great fun! But all of a sudden it just keeps crashing all the time. Every time I open it; it closes straight away. I've tried deleting the app & re installing it but that doesn't work. Also I've reset my iPhone by holding down the home & power button & this doesn't work either! Anyone having the same issue & got it resolved?
- IPhone 5 having trouble sending group messages and pictures? I just got a brand new iPhone 5 from AT&T. Whenever I try to send a group message, the sending bar gets almost to the very end, and then stops and says "Message Send Failure". I try to resend it multiple times, but it still doesn't work. Also, it won't send pictures at all. The same thing happens. Is there any way I can fix this, or do I need to take it back to the store?
- IPhone 4s Having trouble syncing with iTunes? I got some new songs today on my iTunes. I plugged in my 4s, and an error message popped up saying: "An unexpected error occurred.error code (0XE800084) Can someone help? I've restored my phone, tried a new cable, tried every usb port.
- I'm having trouble with my new mophie juice pack for my iPhone 5? I recently bought a mophie juice pack for my iPhone 5 and when I first plugged it in to my phone a message came up and said "this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone". What does this mean? What should I do?
