Having trouble with my Iphone? - 1

I have an Iphone 5 and I bought it about a year and a half ago.
The thing is that every time I put on the headphones provided with the cellphone Siri turns on at times even without me pressing the home button., and sometimes calls end without me pressing anything(same thing goes for watching videos and listening to music). And it is so annoying. I tryed turning it off and on again, updated the latest version of IOS but nothing worked.
And these only happen when I have my headphones on.
Do you have any idea why these problems are occurring and how can I fix them?

It is most likely a problem inside of the phone so you would probably have to visit the Apple Store.

  • Is anyone having trouble with an app called 'Face In Hole' on the iPhone? I really love this app it's great fun! But all of a sudden it just keeps crashing all the time. Every time I open it; it closes straight away. I've tried deleting the app & re installing it but that doesn't work. Also I've reset my iPhone by holding down the home & power button & this doesn't work either! Anyone having the same issue & got it resolved?
  • IPhone 5 having trouble sending group messages and pictures? I just got a brand new iPhone 5 from AT&T. Whenever I try to send a group message, the sending bar gets almost to the very end, and then stops and says "Message Send Failure". I try to resend it multiple times, but it still doesn't work. Also, it won't send pictures at all. The same thing happens. Is there any way I can fix this, or do I need to take it back to the store?
