Okay so everything I go to download a free app it says "there's a billing problem with a previous purchase" I don't know what there talking about do anyone know how I can get past this part or can I make a new apple Id or is it still going to say the same thing because its the same phone i don't know I'm confused I need help haven't been on the App Store In a month I can't even upgrade my apps I do got

  • Is anyone having trouble with an app called 'Face In Hole' on the iPhone? I really love this app it's great fun! But all of a sudden it just keeps crashing all the time. Every time I open it; it closes straight away. I've tried deleting the app & re installing it but that doesn't work. Also I've reset my iPhone by holding down the home & power button & this doesn't work either! Anyone having the same issue & got it resolved?
  • IPhone 4s Having trouble syncing with iTunes? I got some new songs today on my iTunes. I plugged in my 4s, and an error message popped up saying: "An unexpected error occurred.error code (0XE800084) Can someone help? I've restored my phone, tried a new cable, tried every usb port.
  • I'm having trouble with my App Store on my iPhone 4S? On the App Store when I go to log in at the bottom of the page, it says unknown error. I don't know what to do, apple support UK is closed at the moment and my provider O2-UK isn't giving me and help what so ever, so if anyone has a suggestion or know what's wrong please help…
