HEIC files - how to open or convert?
We took several hundred iPhone 8+ photos on a European vacation. Some are listed as HEIC format. If we edited then on the phone - they will open. If not edited - they will NOT open on the computer. Attempts to get apps form Microsoft, etc. Are not helping. Other than seeing what is missing, and then needlessly editing them on the PHONE, and then downloading again - any suggestions? Even the Users at MS are ranting about the uselessness of their add-on or apps to fix there!

- What software is the quickest to convert video files to iphone format? I've been using any video converter and free video to iphone converter. Both very slow, it takes up to an hour to convert a 20 mins.wmv or.avi. Are there any faster alternatives? And does that depend on whether I choose to convert to iphone 4 or iphone 5 format? I've tried the latter so can it be that it would be quicker for iphone 4?

I have an iPhone 4 & would like to know the simplest way to conver youtube songs to MP3 on my device with out having to do any sort of "jail breaking" as I do NOT want to do that. It would be a big help if I can do it on my iPad as well as I have iCloud. If anybody can give specific instructions it would be very helpful. I'm relatively new to IOs.
