Can some one hack a Microsoft account for me?

I have purchased an iPhone 5 from a man. He promised me to tell the password. I restored the iPhone and now I'm stuck on activation screen. It asks me the password and the man's cell no. Is switched off.

I know the apple id, it is of Hotmail. Can anyone for a good cause hack a Hotmail account and tell me the password please. I'll be very grateful.

Simply: NO. It's against the law.
Besides that, your story sounds a bit strange, as if you don't actually know how to use an iPhone. As far as I know, you can set up an iPhone with any Apple ID (make one yourself if you don't have one).

Hacking one's Email account is against law. You could land yourself behind the bar.
