Help accidentally bought a locked iphone and the girl won't give me my money back?
I bought an iphone from a girl on facebook but she didn't mention it's locked by sprint - i asked her to take it back and she refuses is there anything i can do?

- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
