Help decrypting code/riddle?
I found a weird line of text on an old iPhone from someone. I feel like there's more to it than just what it says considering it does not make since. If anyone can decrypt this I will share half the gold with them at the treasure chest (jk lol) here it is:

That's based on one of the oldest encryption methods ever, called Bacon's Cipher.
- Why is straight talk not working in my zip code? I bought an ATT iPhone 4s and a micro sim card from straight talk that was compatible with this phone. I activated it, and it says "no service." I've heard that straight talk uses ATT towers, and they work fine in our area. So what is the problem?
- He gave me this kind-of riddle? So I'm talking to a guy who just bailed on me for something important, but he asked if I had an ipod/iphone which I do then said that his code was "---" (<-4 digit code there) and for me to "work it out" then went off to do the thing he bailed on me for. I've tried googling it but I'm at a loss, anyone help me out?
