Help finding apps on iphone for people with aspergers &/or autism?

I've loaded up a few of the free ones but most seem aimed at 4 year olds and not teens or adults.
You can find soothing sounds on there and anxiety help but I haven't found specific autism adult support.

- I need help finding an international phone plan? I currently have an iPhone 7 with Sprint and I'm under a 2 year contract. I want 4G LTE Unlimited Data. Sprint said I free unlimited 2G data internationally but I'm pretty sure that I'm better off using a brick as my phone than 2G. They said I could purchase additional speeds but they didn't specify which plans they offer and if they are unlimited. What are my options considering I under contract with Sprint?
