I can't turn on my Wi-Fi and bluetooth on my iphone 4s (ios 7)?

My Wi-Fi is greyed out i can't turn on my bluetooth too help me please.

I want to know how long has your iphone4s been upgraded into ios7, recently or for a period?
Does this happen after upgrade?
Do you encounter this problem after a particular app adding?
Have you ever tried to reboot it?
So remove the app before bluetooth and Wi-Fi down, then reboot your phone. Sometime this simple reboot can fix some problem caused by software.

I had the same problem. I tried to restore it through itunes too but that didn't work. So luckily i was under warranty so i set up an appointment at the apple store. They said my iphone had hardware problem/issue. So they replaced mines. There was no way for them to fix it.
