syncing means if you already have songs or apps on another device then you can transfer the songs and apps onto your phone without paying for them again

I've been looking for an iphone 4 for a while now, and i've tried ebay+amazon but nearly all the listings are either too overpriced or are in a damaged condition, i really really would love an iphone too and i have a budget of atleast £40.00-£50 i know that its really not alot but i really really would love an iphone that is in immaculate condition and is really cheap, help please?
