Help jailbreaking the iPhone 5?

My iPhone 5 was shipped with iOS 6.1.3. I've read in a few articles that an iPhone 5 that has 6.1.3 or later won't be able to be jailbroken until iOS 7 is released. What software/whatever do I have to download to downgrade it so it's a version I can jailbreak?

And what do I download to jailbreak it? I have a PC btw.
