Need to recover photos from broken Iphone 5c?

My phone is completely smashed, like the whole monitor came out of the phone casing and ripped some wires. I tried getting back my photos (which were synced with itunes) i used PhoneRescue but i have to pay to actually download the photos onto my computer. Does anyone know a software like PhoneRescue but completely free? Also when i plug my phone into anything, like charger, computer etc, my computer doesn't "see" it (connect to it).

Added (1). DM - FIGURE IT OUT. FOR ANYONE STRUGGLING ---- so, i went into icloud.com and went into photos - like the usual photo album. I though only the photos on my new phone will be there, but every single photo that i had on my old broken phone was on there too. Was pleasantly surprised.

  • When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
  • Recover pictures from broken Iphone 4? So my iPhone 4 is now broken and i have alout of pictures i need inside it. I have already tried icloud and itunes but didn't save them trough icloud or in itunes. So is there any other way? Like taking out some kind om memorycard inside it or something?
  • Recover iphone backup from broken laptop? I have my iphone backed up to my old laptop that the sreen no longer works on, it charges and lights up when plugged in but i get no response from the screen at all. I lost my iphone and had to get a new one, but need to access the backup that is on my old laptop, is there any way of extracting this data from my old laptop and putting it on my new one?
  • Need help. How do I delete photos off google photos? I have a google account my parents don't know about, and I'm using a really old Iphone, so I decide to back up my 4,000 photos but now my hotmail accounts been hacked I think. Its only a matter of time before they get throgh to google as well and my photos contain a *lot* of imformation. I'm prepered to just delete the acoount. Help. Welp, just deleted my account. Lol, guess i'm not doing nanowrimo this year…
