Help Restoring Pictures & Videos?

Today i noticed that my storage on my IPhone was getting full, so i decided to transfer the pictures and videos to my computer.
To do this i usually go into the "Internal Storage" from the "My Computer" tab on my laptop, so i did what i usually do and i went into the folders on the IPhone, selected the ones i wanted to transfer, right clicked, and chose "cut" Then i made a folder in "My Pictures" on my laptop and pasted them, and did the same in "My Videos"
After i'd gotten pretty much half way through all of the files on my phone, i decided i wanted to keep some of the videos that i previously pasted onto the computer, so i tried to paste them back into the folders on my phone, but that didn't work. So i tried undoing everything i'd done before, and now my pictures/videos aren't on my computer or on my phone and neither are the folders i made to put them in… I can't find them anywhere, i looked in all of the folders on my "Internal Storage" folder, also the recycle bin on the computer. They're not in any of those places.
Is there somewhere else i should look? The last time i backed up my IPhone was in June so the pictures i've lost would not have existed then to restore them that way. Also, i DON't use icloud or photostream. It's as if the files are just in limbo somewhere )

You can try some recovery software if that's the case. It will be worth a try though. I was desperate back then trying to recover a lot of photos in my iphone which I accidentally deleted but glad the one I choose to recover really works. Hope that helps you.
