Help to buy & Wonga: is anyone looking at the final figure?

House prices are going crazy again. This is not an iPhone nor LCD - HD - TV but people are lined up to buy regardless if the property is well under their true value. SAD

Don't want to hear 'they are worth the price that people are prepared to pay' after seeing exactly what some are buying on -TV

I'm looking at a terrace house on TV 1 bed house - no bath - bedroom for all four - £130.000

Lol it ain't rocket science, building a lot more housing would help to curb the bubble, there's a lot going on but by no means enough.

The problem is not with the government it is once again with the people, we have several proposed housing developments in our area nearly all of them stalled by local nimbies, it is a fact that although everyone yells about a lack of affordable homes the simple truth is no one wants them in their back yard!
