How and when should I take amino acids?

I workout four times a week. I take creatine before and after I workout, and protein after. On non-training days, I take protein in the morning and creatine twice. I'm thinking about adding in amino acids. When should I take them?

Btw if there are weird symbols and numbers, it's because I asked this on my iPhone.

I think most of that is a waste imo. I would just make sure you eat right and eat plenty of protein (eggs, fish, chicken, etc) and take a multivitamin. Thats my advice.

Eh they are not necessary if you eat enough protein.
