although I don't see any use of getting an expensive phone, but oh well.people are different after all especially if you got the extra money. I feel sorry for those who in the "2nd world country".
Quite agree with your comment, budget phones in my experience are around the £150 to £200 price max.guess its ok to say yeah its a budget version of the real expensive phone, ie being cheaper, but lets face it you can buy a good pc for £400. All smartphones are now demanding really crazy prices, i, ll stick with my galaxy s2 £256 and on PAYG for £15 a month top up, and let others pay silly money like £500 for the phone or have contracts for around £40 a month.
Because when apple talk about budget iPhone's they talk about older iPhone's. Apple have replaced the iPhone 5 with the 5c. So it's not really that much of a budget phone considering it is only $100 less than the 5s, but i agree with your point that it is only a little under the 5s and shouldn't be considered a budget phone. But you'll never know, maybe they will lower the price
