How can I charge I charge my iPhone without an iPhone charger when it is low and needs to be charged and I can't charge it?
Reason I may not be able to charge my iPhone. Forgot or don't have any charger at all my, and no where to buy one or I don't have money to buy one.
No where to plug in my charger or some other reason I can't charge my iPhone at all.

Obviously without a charger you can't charge anything. If you don't have money to buy one, get a job or sell some things to get a charger. Chargers are relatively inexpensive compared to the iPhone itself.
If you can't find a place to buy it, go to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Walgreens, to buy one.
Otherwise the only other options are is to borrow one from a friend, or ask your mom and dad to buy you one. Or buy a portable battery that has ports to connect your phone to charge. Of course remember to charge your charger too once in a while. Otherwise again that's it.
You need a charger, it's the only way. What do you think you are going to able to do? Pray for it to charge!
I use a "powerbank" that's been charged before I needed it to charge the phone. I like this one because in addition to the USB-out for charging my iPhone8, I can use the 12 volt out to power a 7 inch external monitor connected to a camcorder or use it as a 9 volt battery replacement.
