How to convince Verizon to give me an early upgrade? - 1

I want to get the Iphone 4s but my upgrade isn't until 10/24/12 which is only a few months away but my phone is a piece of sh! T. The earpiece barely works, people can barely hear me when they call, it always freezes, all in all it's messed up! I really want my upgrade now! How can I convince them to do it early!

Ask them if they want to keep your business.

Call them and ask and if they say no tell them i just wanted to ask as i really like being a customer of Verizon but Sprint is offering to give me a better deal and allow me to upgrade and i'm trying to decide if that is a good move for me since i have been with Verizon for such and such a time and have kept my account paid I really would like to stay but since you can't help me i guess i will have to move to sprint
Believe me They will put you on hold and either 1 get a supervisor to ok it OR forward you to the retention people who are authorized to do just about anything to keep you as a customer. Since it is only a few months i'm betting they will allow it i know my friend has Sprint and they done it for him and i have Verizon as does my So and he had them give him a early one using this same thing
