You can't. Voicemail, by definition, is designed to be activated when the person being called is not available, or when they have instructed THEIR OWN system to put a call through to voicemail.
As the caller, you have no control over this.
Call them from another phone. Or call their carrier and find out how to leave voicemail without calling the actual number. Which is normally, calling the voicemail number, and entering the phone number of the person you want to leave voicemail for.
- Why does it say blocked on the person I'm calling? When I ring someone on my iPhone 4S the person receiving the call appears on the screen as blocked? So when I ring someone it says blocked on their screen? Why is this can someone help me out on how to fix it thanks!
- Person keeps calling and texting me? So today this random number started calling me and texting me saying some crap. - IPhone 5s no visual voicemail only calling? I got a 5s awhile back on my 5 I could see my voicemail and choose to play them and pause them etc. But this new phone only lets me call the voicemail to hear messages. Is it settings? Or do I have to call AT&T?
