It depends on what music. ITunes is a term that is very generically used to describe a lot of different Apple applications. To sync your digital music (mp3s) or rip CD's you need to install the iTunes app on a PC or Mac, connect your iPhone with an usb\lightning cable and the music will copy over. Otherwise both Spottily and now Pandora have offline music modes available for their premium subscribers.
