How can I recover iPhone files without the use of iCloud or backups?
My brother had gotten himself locked out of his phone to the point itunes had to be used. After recovering the phone, I came to find out he didn't have any backups within his phone to recover the deleted files. The phone is a regular iPhone 6. Is there's anyway to recover those deleted files?

iphones use an encrypted file system and the encryption keys are regenerated with new random values each time the phone is reset and reactivated, so no one can get to a previous users data.
That's why the FBI were trying to force Apple to write special software for them a couple of years ago, to recover a locked iphone without erasing it. Even they could not bypass the security.
(I don't know about that one, but in the past labs have recovered data by dismantling a phone or device and tapping in to all the internal signals between the CPU and RAM etc., to copy out what it was doing while it's running, without erasing anything. As you can imagine, that is incredibly expensive and complex).
- Why did Apple delete my iCloud backups? I had some backups in iCloud from my old iPhone. I came back to get my stuff and it was all gone. My iCloud storage was full, then when I came back it was empty and there were no backups. I DID NOT delete them. There was a lot of photos, videos, messages and contacts in there I will never get back.
