How to stop someone from gaining access to my facebook account from an iphone?

For the past 3 months someone has been logging into my facebook account using an iphone, I have changed my password many times, and also changed my email password but they are still gaining access. I have tried to contact facebook directly but I can't find any contact information. I don't want to have to set up a whole new account as my boyfriend is in Afghanistan and he can sometimes get internet connection to send me a few messages on there. I know they are getting on almost everyday as I can see when I go on to account settings, click on security and then active sessions as it shows up in there with the time they logged on.

Have you clicked "end activity" in Active Sessions? There might be an option to block their ISP too once you've done that.

EDIT: Hmm. I really don't understand how if you've changed your email password and your Facebook password, how they're managing to log into your account. Because where are they getting these passwords from? I'm assuming you don't have an iPod or an iPhone… And have never used anybody else's iPod or iPhone to access your Facebook account.
