How do I change a phone bought from an individual seller over to my data plan?
I'm looking to buy an iphone 6 or 7 on Facebook Marketplace (I currently have an android and hate it) and was just wondering if I could just go to the verizon store after purchasing it from someone and ask them to switch the information for me? Would they do that? I'm looking to buy an iphone compatible with Verizon because that's the carrier I use
Added (1). Should I just buy an unlocked phone? I'm also looking on Amazon
I wouldn't get ot off facebook market place, they have a bad reputation for sending out bad or fake goods, no goods at all and are used by scammers.
If you buy it from an individual: You make sure that it is not linked to a network, and you watch them as they unlink it from their account. You then IN THERE PRESENCE put in your SIM card and check that it will link to your network. You can then buy it! If that does not work, or they can't do that, then you don't buy it! If that works all you will then need to do is go through the set up on a computer to link it to your Apple accounts, you do not need to visit a Verizon shop.
- What is the best individual iPhone plan? I'm looking into getting an iPhone. I want an individual plan with unlimited texing and data. I don't really talk on the phone that much so that doesn't really matter but I do text a lot and use the internet. Since I'm on a plan by myself, I don't want to pay too much, so I'm looking for a somewhat reasonable cheap plan, that is able to accommodate my personally needs like unlimited texting and data.
- My iPhone 4S keeps turning off over and over and over again? I was on my phone just listening to OM&M on pandora and going on twitter when all of a sudden it shut off and now it's stuck on the turning off screen for like an hour or two. What do i do I'm FREAKING OUT.
- If I Downgraded my Storage plan I previously bought on a phone with smaller GB, will it take away some of my storage on my new phone? I ran out of storage on my old iPhone SE so I was paying .99 cents a month for 50 GB, but now I have an iPhone 8 Plus which is 64 GB. ICloud was continuing to charge me .99 cents a month and I just now figured out how to discontinue it, but it said that if I did so I would only have 5 GB of storage. Should I be concerned?
- I bought an iPhone from eBay, but the seller lied? - 1 Okay, so I bought an unlocked iPhone with no supposedly few scratches. What I got was a locked iPhone with many scratches. The seller doesn't accept returns. What do I do? I messages him already. What if he doesn't reply
