How do I delete apps, videos, etc. From an iPhone 7?

Wow you must be new to technology

To delete apps, hold down any app until they all start wiggling back and forth, click on the X in the top left and click delete. To delete 1 picture/video, go into Photos, click on the picture and then click the trash can in the bottom right of the screen. To delete many pictures/videos, open Photos, click albums in the bottom right, click all photos, click select in top right, select all pictures and videos you want to delete and then click the trash can in the bottom right of the screen.

Apps - press an icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the x on it/them.
Videos - depends on if they are synced to it or just in the camera roll
