How do i get my money/phone of i got scammed with a friend using PayPal accounts?
Basically i was looking into getting a new phone, and around my friend he had someone order me a new IPhone 6S+ off Sprint and i only gave him half the money for the phone based off the sprint website so i paid 275$
. Last Tuesday they said the phone arrived and someone has signed for it. I've asked for the tracking emails but haven't gotten any to view so the only email i have as evidence to the transaction is the email that we both received after he placed the order. So it's been a week and i haven't seen a phone come through the mail and they say it's been signed for so I'm out of 275$ so far & still need a phone. I really would just like the phone i wanted but would rather get my money back to not be left with anything.
Complain to pay pal and go to the police
You can dispute the transaction with paypal. You can also dispute with the shipping company and Sprint. There are a few ways you should be able to finish this. Even though they say it's been signed for you can argue that it wasn't you who signed for it so that isn't an excuse.

I got offered a iPhone 6 for £200 from a company in London and all I had to do was pay some money and I d have it in a week (today) and now everytime I ring up the number isn't found but the man gave me some bank details and a name so is there anything I can do

Okay, I'm selling this on iphone to someone on craigslist and they said they would send me the money, so a couple minutes later I get a email from paypal saying they need a tracking number and that they're holding my money in a escrow account, I don't know it just sounds odd to me.
