How do I get my net10 iphone 7 plus to send mms/ picture messages?
I bought a used iphone 7 plus today on net10 prepaid service. It works fine to make calls, send text, and use the net. It will not send mmspicture messages though. I heard it is something about the APN but can't figure out how to fix it.
If I go under settings, then general, then profile, it says configuration profile: reseller. If I click on that, it says
Signed by: not signed
Description: reseller
Contains: Cellular settings
Then under that you can click "More details". When I click that, it comes up Cellular settings, and has an option for "Advanced settings". When I click that, it comes up "APN Name: reseller".
Can anyone help me? I really need to be able to send pic messages.
You'd need to get the APN for net10 for their MMS service. Their website may have it & if not contact them.
- Why can't I send picture messages with my iPhone to other phones? I can only send picture messages to other people with iPhones but not to anyone that has any other type of phone. I have the 4S and I have my MMS/SMS switch on. What's the problem?
- My iPhone isn't letting me send/receive picture messages? I don't know what generation it is but it's the one without the front camera only the back. And ever time I send a pic a little red exclamation mark comes out
- My iPhone 4 won't send picture messages? I was working ever sense I got it but today it doesn't finish sending and bared exclamation mark appears and says it failed sending. Why is it doing this? It worked before and I already checked my settings and everything is on.
- My iPhone 4 won't send MMS messages? I just recently got my iPhone 4 last month, so it has the most up to date iOS (5.1.1), however, it doesn't send Multimedia messages (pictures, recordings, and video). It has the camera icon to send them, but when the messages are in the process of being sent, it stops prematurely and says that the file could not be sent. I tried looking for answers to this question elsewhere, but this is the only case I've heard of. Any help is appreciated.
