Just Use Message Or Download the app called Bump if you want to do it via Bluetooth
Just like you would send a text, where you would click to type ther is a little camera button on the left side of the text box click and select a picture and send.

Now it takes forever to send or doesn't even send at all. It does this everywhere I go so its not just my internet connection. How do I stop this?
