Send it to your email and open it on your laptop. Then save it

Use the USB to send it.

Go to the iPhone Files, Go to the pictures, and Copy and Paste The pictures to where you want it to be.

First you'll need to take the photo
then you'll need to connect your iPhone to your laptop using the USB cable
usually when you plug your phone in a small box will appear and give you a few options
the top one will be import pictures and videos
if you click this another box will appear and it will give you a button labelled Import
click this and wait until the pictures have been imported
after this a file should show up showing all the photos you have just imported
and the photo you wish to have on your laptop will be there

There are several ways that you could do that.

The easy way: Simply email it to your email address.(Tip: You should create a new email address so that you could send files to your original email address). Once you have sent it, simply download it.

Harder way: Set up sync(syndication).
If you are using a Windows Computer, do the following:
1. Click on start.
2. Type in the word "sync" in the search bar.
3. Press enter.
4. Sync center should open up.
5. Follow the instructions to complete.

If you are using a Mac you could also try entering the word "sync" in the search field.

Blue tooth may also work.
