There's a SIM card tray on the side of the phone, it will be a small hole. Using a SIM ejection tool (paper clip works) you push it into the hole and the tray pops out.

Stick the SIM ejector tool/paper clip into the hole on the right side, push down, SIM tray pops out. Done.
