With a USB cable or a cloud based storage service
On a windows pc, I connect a usb to lightning cable between my laptop and iPhone. Open up windows explorer, find the icon for the iPhone, click on that. Look at the folders until I find the one that has the pictures. Then click and drag the pictures from the iPhone to the laptop.
Entire folders? The easiest way is a simple USB cable you can buy at Walmart for about 10 dollars.
You could download iTunes onto your PC. Then depending on the model of your iPhone, you could transfer over wireless
or you could always just do the classic email them to yourself.
