Open itunes
Connect your phone to your computer
click the phone icon on itunes
select music
drag and drop your songs to itunes
click sync
you are done
If your PC has USB slots on it, and you still have your iPhone charging cable, plug your phone into your PC. Then open up iTunes, and it should identify your iPhone. There you can transfer songs from iTunes to your iPhone.
