Apple offers a "Developer Account" and its a yearly price of $99. This gives you the ability to get access to the new iOS 7 earlier before the public, but its more for beta testing purpose (beta meaning its not the finished and there are gonna be bug issues)
I always signup every year to a developer account.
Plus the yearly cost of $99 gives you access to publish your iOS apps to their app store (yes Apple charges you to publish your apps to their store and I don't blame them). There are tons of bad apps, so they got to make some money some how on those bad apps.
But again… Its a yearly cost of $99.It gives you access to beta iOS and OS before public.

- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. - Why do so much people have iphones? I see iphones everywhere i go, everywhere i go. I saw at least 5 of them today. There are so many smartphones out there that are way better and are basically the same thing, so why iphone? And NO i'm not jealous of them cuz i have a smartphone myself. It looks like an iphone but its better quality and has more features, cheaper, etc.
- People who have IPhones? - 1 How often do you delete your running apps? What i mean is how often do you double click your home button and stop your runnning apps? I do it like a billion times a day because your iphone is slower if you have then running so i always stop them constantly.
