Sync it to your iTunes by either plugging it in through the usb with the white cord that should have been provided when you bought it, or you can sync it through Wi-Fi. After it is connected to your computer and you have iTunes open, it should be listed on the left hand side under devices, click on it, and at the bottom right of the page that opens, it should have a button that says sync. The last part is only necessary if it is not set up to sync automatically. Hope this helped.

You'll need itunes.start itunes, connect your phone to PC with doc connecter, better to copy music from itunes music library(right click-> copy), open your phone's link on itunes(see left bar on itunes) click music, now paste(cntrol+v)
