If you use use mobile you can select profile the press the down key you can see photo option but don't click it another photo option will came you can click on it, a option will come for upload photos, after upload photo you will go again the first photo option and click mobile uploads and click on the photo which you upload and after it make profile picture option will come click on it, then the profile picture will change
