How to save pics, videos, and apps apps from iPhone to iTunes?

Connect your iPhone to iTunes, sync it and it will automatically backup the data to your Computer.
Connect your iphone to computer and open itunes. When itunes recognize your iphone, open the info tab and select to sync the contents you want to save to itunes, then click "apply".
If this is your first using iphone I suggest you go to apple's support website to learn more basic uses, if you tired of itunes you can choose other iphone transfer to do your backup.

- When i backup my Itunes. Does it save my apps and the memory in my apps? I have to backup my Iphone 4 to Itunes because i'm afraid it's going to break again. I don't want to lose my information in my apps. Cause i have a music app with over 300 songs and i don't want to lose them and have to re download them? Any help
- Whatsapp iphone pics and videos? I have whatsapp on my iphone 4. When i click on the video or picture it automatically saves to my camera roll and i can view it. However i have lost my images but they are still present in the conversation on whatsapp. When i click the image it opens but doesn't save, if i hold down on the image it doesn't let me save and there's no button for it.
