How to see deleted texts on an iphone 4s?

Heres the situation, my sisters friend has been bothering me and she wants to tell him to leave me alone, but when she tried he said he has never texted me, so now she is doubting me and wants me to show her proof so she isn't going to get mad at him for nothing. Ofcourse, i deleted the messages so is there anywhere i can look on my phone to see the deleted texts? Or or even just to show the number and times that he texted me? Please help! I heard that if you hook up for phone to the computer your itunes is on you can do some sort of back up and retrieve the deleted texts, but the computer i go on for itunes and what not is at my dads, who i only see like four times a year, so if i hook up my phone to my boyfriends laptop can i do a backup without it touching any of my stuff or deleting my music and apps?

Shouldn't of deleted them. Sucks to suck

You can't see deleted text. Once you delete them, you delete them.

There's no avail. I'm guessing that you never backup your phone, and there would be some leeway there if you backed up before you deleted which means that you could restore from that backup.

Have you tried calling your carrier? They might be able to send you a transcript of the SMS messages.

Try this:

Visit your local cellular provider's main office and take along your individual cellular account information so the representative may bring up your information during your visit.

Provide your cellular representative with the precise dates for which you desire a printed copy of your account transcript.

Pay any fees requested of you by the cellular representative for the print-out and be sure to look at the top of the front page to ensure the transcript provided to you is in fact for your account and not someone else's.

It is illegal to falsify information in order to retrieve cellular call transcripts for another user besides yourself, and in some cases it may represent a federal felony.
