How does a free iPhone with purchase of 2 year contract work?
I have a tracfone now and I'm looking to get an iPhone. How to I go about this? What are the best plans? Also, what exactly is a two year contract?
A two-year contract is a contract that you sign that says you will pay your bill for 2 years in exchange for getting a discount for the phone. I have used Tracfone or Net10 since 2001. I also signed a contract with Verizon in 2009. Half way through the contract I started pricing new Net10 phones and immediately went back to Net10.
I would look into a prepaid provider like Net10 or Straight Talk. The monthly bill will be about half of what it would be with a contract provider.
You get it from a carrier, at&t, verizon, sprint, etc.
- Will my iPhone be free after my two year contract with Sprint? I need to get an iPhone 5S with 32GB. What will the price be? Can the price be lower if I trade in the iPhone 5 I have now?
- When will the iphone 5 become free with a 2-year contract? I realize the iphone 5 is new and costs about $200 with a 2-year contract. I'm wondering how long it will take to get one for free with a 2-year contract or the price at least go down?
- Is the iphone 5c with a 2 year contract really free in Verizon? I came across this thing that said "free phones" trying to see Verizon's plans and i saw the iphone 5c for free with a 2 year contract. Is it really free, or is there a catch? Also what's a 2 year contract?
- I don't understand, iPhone 4 free on a two year contract? How is the iPhone 4 free on a two year contract? Doesn't (0) times 24 still make 0? Why would you need a contract for a free phone and does that mean I can just walk into an iStore, ask for a iPhone 4 and boom I get it for free?
