How does the iphone xr have such an incredible camera?

A friend of mine recently got an iphone xr and I was mindblowned by its camera. I couldnt understand how something so thin and compact could have such an incredible camera. Does anyone know how apple does it?

I don't know how your friend got an iPhone XR, considering that they aren't out for about 1/2 a month from now.

  • Why does the Iphone 5 Camera take such odd selfies? The photos come out looking a bit scary. Even some pics I have had taken from a distance. Like. That doesn't look like me at ALL?! And yet the mirror pics look alright even nice in my view. what is the deal. My mom said the same thing about selfies with her Iphone 5. I don't have an Iphone (or smartphone) but considering getting a newer model.
  • Why does the FBI have such a hard time cracking iPhone encryption. Why don't they just use the spy agencie's methods of using spyware? All you need is their phone number, and a cheap piece of software and you have access to everything on the phone (including deleted info) Why make a huge scene about it, when there are much easier ways to bypass lock screen encryption? You don't even need access to the phone, it can remotely install with just one phone call to the number too… Just saying, if the FBI really wanted in, it would be very easy
  • Why does my video have such bad video quality? I uploaded my video to the computer and it had great video quality, then I uploaded it to Facebook and YouTube and It looked horrible. It there anything I can do to change that? Save it a different way or something? I see all these YouTube videos that have been filmed by iPhone's and they have great quality. Shouldn't my 14mp camera have even better!
  • Why does my Ipad's ear buds have such a static sound? I record videos on my Ipad using iphone ear buds plugged into the audio port, but when I listen to the video, there's this annoying almost static-sounding white noise that is distracting. Its constant. I don't know how to stop this, to get clearer audio. Any tips?
