How is my bill getting so high?

Okay, I have an iPhone 5 with a 3GB Plan, and every month for the past 3 months my bill has gone over. Half of my phone space isn't used, I have a Onavo App that installed a profile to help me keep track of what's using up my data. Certain phones will charge me because I got a call from them. I installed Google Voice to help with my phone calls, I use to rely on Airplane Mode to stop the charges to my phone. I have two Onavo Profiles helping to manage and tell me when I'm using something too much, but it says that in 316MB have been used in Video/Photo, I don't know what that means.

Is there a easy fix so I don't go over my plan everytime I use my phone?

Check your phone bill and see what you are being charged for.

You might find you are signed up for silly extra plans

You better check on all your apps. They update automatically. If there's no free Wi-Fi available it will use your data plan.

  • Unlimited talk and text but still high bill (Verizon Wireless)? So I have an iPhone 4 by Verizon with unlimited talk and text. When I first bought this phone I was paying 103.00 for a while, then it went up to 104, 111 and kept getting higher. So a few days ago i receive my bill in the mail and it said 160! What the heck.   • My T-Mobile bill is so high? Okay so I'm on the T-Mobile website preparing to get the contract iPhone 5s with the 20 $/per. Month and when I review my cart it says the cost monthly is 87 dollars?! The contract just adds 27 dollars, so why is there an extra 20?
