How long can a voice memo be without it being too big for my iPhone to email it to me?

10mb is standard and Gmail can go up to 25mb.

Voice memo app not recording on new iphone SE? When i try to use the voice memo app on my new iphone SE, i press the red button on the screen, but then the button just shakes and it won't record anything.
Q about the iphone (3GS) voice memo record app? What happens if the phone runs out of battery and switches off while recording? Do you lose that recording or will it save before shutting down?

My voice memo app on my iPhone keeps crashing I have rebooted my phone several times! I have transferred my memos to my mac but I'm a songwriter! I really need this app! It will not let me delete it so I can re-install it so does anybody know how I can fix this! DD
