It takes as long as until the iPhone are being sold. When they have a keynote speech or show to talk about what they plan on releasing in the fall, or winter, they usually announce dates they intend to sell the products.

- How long does it take an iPhone to recharge after it had been dead a long time? My cousin just gave me her old iPhone 5. It's in good condition but it's been sitting in her drawer for months. I don't know how many months but a pretty long while. Anyways, i out it on the charger and it hasn't moved from the red. It's been on maybe… At least a half hour. Is it okay? I don't know anything about these machines lol.
