How long will an iphone 5 or Any iPhone Last?
Not battery consumption --The phone itself, in a lifetime…
If it's taken care of very well, and not Stolen, dropped or battery replacements?
Well for life I guess. With proper care. I have a phone from 2005 & aside from a little wear on its main menu button it is still good to go. Perfectly functional.
The iPhone is much the same. Take care of it & it will last.
As long as you want, many still use 3GS today and thats now 3-4 years old. Some still use the original vs 3. Hardware keeps improving and eventually will want to upgrade though, but you can surely go quite a few years if you want.
That depends on how well the owner takes care of the phone. If you take care of the phone and replace the battery when it needs replaced it should last for 5+ years. That does not mean that a person would want to keep a phone for that long. But if someone is spending that much money on a phone they should keep it until it stops functioning.
- Why does the last percentage of my iphone battery takes so long to charge? I have noticed that the very first percentages (1-20) of the iphone battery charges very quickly, but when it comes to the last percentage (99-100) it takes like 15 minutes to charge!
- Why do Iphone chargers (especially iphone 5) not last very long? I can never keep a charger more than a couple months without it breaking or ceasing functionality. It doesn't matter if I'm using the charger mostly in the office, in my car, at home, etc. Is this a scheme by manufacturers to keep charger revenue flowing or is this the universe's way of telling me I use my phone too much?
- How long should iphone 3gs battery life last? My one only lasts about 3.6 hours constant on 3G is this normal? I bought it of ebay, should i send it back?
- How long is an iphone supposed to last? If you have a 3G you know you can't download apps, music, even ring tones… Then how long is supposed to last an iphone?
