How long will backorder for iPhone 5S Gold 32GB from Sprint last?
I ordered a 32GB Gold iPhone 5S for myself and a 16GB iPhone 5S for my sister on 9/27 from Sprint. The order status said up to 8 weeks for the gold iPhone and 3-4 weeks for the silver iPhone. Today is 10/15 and my sister received her silver iPhone on 10/14. Now my gold iPhone 5S has been put on backorder. Will I still receive my gold iPhone before the 8 weeks is up? How long will the backorder last? If anyone from Sprint can answer, I would greatly appreciate it.

They should update you after it's shipped.
Who knows with sprint. I also ordered the 32gb gold on 9/20 within the hour the site was up. I was told 3 weeks, then 4-6 weeks, then on 10/12 a rep called me from sprint saying it was on backorder. I asked when i would have it, and he stated by the end of the month.So, i would think it'd be the same thing with you. It's so frustrating because they keep you in the dark about everything. Wish they could give us an actual expected date instead of weeks.
