How many calories (roughly) does this burn?

I know it depends on the persons metabolism & a few other factors so I'm not asking for an exact amount or anything.
I'm 16, 5'6, and weigh about 115. And I eat about 900-1,000 calories a day.
This is my exercise I get each day:
walk about 2 to 3 hours throughout the day (i don't know how many MPH but I walk a medium-fast pace)
Then I wait until night to do my actual exercises, which are:
dance for about an hour
jumping jacks
sit-ups
squats
minute wall sit.

-I dance for about an hour
-100 jumping jacks
-35 sit-ups
-50 squats
-2 minute wall sit. There's no specific amount of calories you'd lose due to what you're doing for dancing, or if your correctly doing those exercises but I trust that you will do them right lol. But if you download the Iphone or I think Android app "Fitness Pal" you can put in your weight and height and then it has specific exercises you can put it and it shows how many calories you'd burn specifically. Try it out! I really recommend it! I'd say around 300 just to answer your real question.
