How many songs should an 16gb iPhone hold?
With all the preset apps, there's 13.3gb total and I have barely anything except 830 songs and my phone is almost filled up. I also don't purchase my music per iTunes, I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Yeah, it all depends on the size of the files and length of the songs. 830 songs doesn't sound like a lot. Do you mean 13.3GB of space to be used, or that those apps take up 13.3GB? Cause if they do, you need to delete some of those apps. Try downloading your songs only from iTunes. Whatever your using now to download songs has to big of files. And you say barely anything except songs. What else do you have? Videos and photos take up a lot of room.

He has around 200 songs on his iPod shuffle ( gonna transfer them to his iPhone and he really loves to listen to music ) and he really really love to take photos and i mean A LOT! So how much songs and photos ( especially ) can a 8GB iPhone 4s hold?

I plan on getting the 16gb iphone 4s and don't really want to spend another $100 for the 32 gb, but I want to make sure it'll hold everything I need. Songs and apps will probably be what I have the most of. (Not many game apps, though if that helps).
