Considering that the battery for the iPhone 6s is 1715 mAh (less any applicable wear), you will generally get a full charge with a sliver of power (~85 mAh) remaining with a 1800 mAh bank (less any wear on it).
Please be aware that with ALL rechargeable batteries, the storage capacity does slowly decrease with usage (as well as lengthy inactivity) & batteries can typically handle around 500 to 1000 "full charge" cycles (1 cycle is going from 100% down to 0% & back. To simply things, each 2% change in battery power in either direction costs 0.01 cycles) before it's considered "worn" (losing around 20% of it original capacity at that point).
